Club Entry
1. A must for club entry consideration is customization. Raise or lower vehicle how you'd like, but do it with a clean and professional look. Bags are recommended when lowering, but are not required.

2. A minimum of 3 things must be done to your vehicle before a vote is taken on club entry. Custom suspension work is a requirement not to be included in these three things! Audio, body drop, lift setup, engine performance/dress up, air bag/bed setup, interior dress up, paint(inside and out), exterior mods/add-ons, wheels/tires.

3. As we all know, a truck/car/suv is never completely done in most cases. The petitioning member must have plans to keep working on the vehicle, and not stop with the work once being voted in as a member.

4. A member must attend 3 meetings within 6 weeks before being officially voted in as a member. Once the member has finished his 3rd meeting, the chapter may take action on whether to vote for, vote against, or seek more help in deciding from the chapter presidents.

Club Probation/Dis-membership
1. If anyone does/takes part of any criminal act that would bring shame/embarrassment to the club will have a pending removal from the club at the discretion of the chapter president.

2. Anyone caught talking/posting/taking an act against the club, whether to club members or other clubs will be put on probation, during which all chapter presidents will discuss the appropriate action.

3. All members are to attend 2 chapter meetings at a minimum a month. A reasonable excuse must be given if this can not happen to the chapter president. A member not able to uphold these standards will be put on probation until they can attend 3 meetings in a row, set up by the chapter president. Once the satisfaction has been met, the member will be reinstated and reminded of the requirements.

4. Any member showing a stop in work, no work for 6 straight months, will be put on probation for an undetermined amount of time until the chapter president revokes either the probation or membership. Special cases can be made and foreseen if member has personal/financial problems that prohibit any work being done. That member must make it known to the president of the circumstances so the problem can become as small as possible.

5. Grandfathering in is something that will change a lot. A member, who has been a member for 10 straight years with no breaks, shall be grandfathered in to Outlandish Trends. These special members shall stay active in club activities, whether they be club meetings, attending shows with chapters, or a must being attending the chapter reunion. As we all know, there can be exceptions, which need to be clearly made to the whole club so there is no confusion.

Petitioning of a Chapter
1. Upon submitting a petition to create a new chapter, the prospect must present photos of 3 quality vehicles that will be part of the chapter. Upon nationwide chapter discussion, each president will vote yae or nae. This chapter must report in once a month for the first 6 months on status/progress, and plans for the club as well as interested people.

2. All petitioning chapters will be referred to Jason (the Founder) to initiate the petitioning process. If the petitioning chapter is in a state with a preexisting chapter, that states representative and Jason should be notified. Jason will have the responsibility of providing a copy of the bylaws and any other additional information to that chapter and be available to answer any questions or concerns.

Petitioning to rid of a Chapter
1. Any chapter with less than 3 members for more than 6 months will be evaluated, at which time chapter presidents nationwide will take a vote to disassemble the chapter or place them on probation until progress is shown.

Member Expectations.
1. To help keep Outlandish Trends as professional as possible, and keep an extremely clean appearance we place a few expectations on members.
Acts that would initiate pending removal:
a. Drinking and driving
b. Drugs of any sort
c. Fighting
d. Vandalism
e. Burglary
2. Any of the above mentioned acts performed where Outlandish Trends is represented, whether at a meeting, club show, event where an OT logo'd vehicle is entered, or an OT shirt is worn warrants a pending removal by the chapter president.

Chapter Expectations.
1. All OT chapters should represent the club with pride, showing strong friendships and a clean attitude about the show scene. Each chapter is started because of the faith from the club that they will expand and represent OT to the fullest. The following guidelines are placed to help chapters achieve these expectations.
a. Logo approval should be chapter involvement, with members voting approval or disapproval. In case of tie, chapter president will be the tie breaker. Members should do a "silent" vote, as not to influence other members on their personal vote.
b. In the case that a member performs an act that possibly revokes his membership, the chapter vp and president will take further action on whether to put the member on probation or revoke his membership fully. Only the president is allowed make the official vote on further action for the member.
c. After set standards have been met by the probated/suspended member, the president/vp will further evaluate the member at which time the president will vote to reinstate or revoke the member to Outlandish Trends.
d. The chapter president is ultimately responsible for upholding all chapter rules/bylaws and expected to maintain his/her chapter to the highest expectations.

Meetings.
1. Presidents shall set meeting dates/times to best help the chapter. Once meetings are set, members are expected to attend these meetings on time and to be attentive and non-disruptive. Any member not following these rules will be at the discretion of the chapter president's discretion.
2. Meetings should be at a location as to where if business needs to be discussed, such business will not be disrupted by outside interference.

Club Voting.
1. All members are encouraged to vote, so that no member has a chance to say that he/she didn't have a word in it.
2. Items put up for a vote chapter-wide will be posted for voting for 10 days as to allow everyone a chance to vote. The vote will either be for "approval", "disapproval", or "carry on to further discussion". At this time, every member has the right to vote.
3. In the case that only chapter presidents are voting, they are to get together with the OT President, currently Jason Reaves, to arrange a voting among themselves.
4. Chapter votes shall be done at a meeting, one-on-one with the chapter president, on smaller items.
5. ALL VOTING WILL BE MAJORITY RULES, WITH THE PRESIDENT BEING THE TIE-BREAKER. For chapter for votes, the chapter president will be the tie-breaker. For nationwide votes, the OT president will be the tie-breaker.

Establishing Officers.
1. Chapter presidents are responsible for establishing chapter officers as he/she may see fit, whether the appointment is put on by chapter vote or appointed without a vote.
2. Clubwide officers shall be voted in by chapter presidents after recommendation by a current officer.
3. Officer positions should have a significance in nature and not be appointed just to make a person an officer. Chapters are recommended to have no more than 4 officers, and OT as a whole no more than 6 officers.
